I started JG FIT to battle the number one excuse for why people don't exercise. "I don't have time to go to the gym." So I decided to bring the luxury of personal training to your home, apartment gym, or workplace.
I've been using my degree in Exercise Science to create unique workout regimens for over eight years. I have trained a wide variety of clients ranging from business executives to competitive models - each with different goals and needs. The JG FIT team of trainers, yoga, and pilates instructors will guide you along the way to achieving your fitness goals.

JG FIT provides monthly fitness programs designed to help our members reach and maintain their health and fitness goals. One of the JG FIT fitness professionals works with each member to custom design an exercise plan that reflects their short and long-term goals. Members have the option to work with their fitness pro in whichever way they see fit, whether that be online monthly programming, one-on-one, partner, or group sessions.
